Welcome to Neocut. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Neocut platform and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neocut, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Neocut provides a barbershop management platform including:

• Online appointment booking and scheduling
• Customer management tools
• Automated reminders
• Payment processing
• Social media automation
• Business analytics

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity on your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Terms (Auto-Renewable Subscriptions)

Neocut offers auto-renewable subscriptions.

Subscription Plans

• Single Barber: £25/month
• Shop: £49.99/month
• Client: Free

Trial Offer

New business accounts may receive a 60-day trial for £10. After this period, the subscription automatically renews at the applicable monthly price unless cancelled.

Payment

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (if subscribing via Apple).
• For web-based subscriptions, payments are processed via Stripe.

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

• Subscriptions purchased via Apple must be managed and cancelled through your Apple ID account settings.
• Auto-renewal can be turned off in your Apple account settings.

Cancellation

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for unused time.

Pricing

• Prices are in GBP and may include applicable taxes.
• We may update pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully
• Distribute harmful software
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate others
• Collect data without consent

6. Intellectual Property

All Neocut branding and content are owned by Neocut. You may not use them without permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it to operate the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with:

• Stripe (payments)
• Facebook & Instagram (social posting)
• SMS/email providers

Your use of these services is subject to their terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neocut is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Neocut against claims arising from your use of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may:

• Perform maintenance
• Modify features
• Address security issues

11. Data Protection

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violations of these terms
• Non-payment
• Legal requirements

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
